    1. My favourite dish is fried kalmakhi
      The recipe contains:
1 kg Kalmakhi, 100 gr butter, 2 eggs, 1 lemon, juice of pomegranate an sour-cream.
First we have to clean the fishand drop the solt. Then we have to place raw eggs, butter and lemon which is wounded thiny pieces in its stomach. From above we have to grease sour-cream and put fish on the hot frying-pan. When it would be prepeared we can sprinkle juice of pomegranate.
